1. Clean the kitchen - nothing worse then waking up to a sink full of dirty dishes.
2. Prep for tomorrow - make the lunches, pack the book bags/work bags, set up the coffee, set out the workout clothes. Anything that makes it easier for you in the morning.
3. Take a walk if the weather is nice - just step outside one last time before calling it a night.
4. Make yourself a cup of mint tea - aids in digestion.
5. Skin care - do all the things!
6. Brush / floss your pearly whites!
7. Write in your gratitude journal / say your prayers.
8. Read a book. A cool feature if you listen to audible is the sleep timer you can set in the app.
9. Lotion and lavender oil.
10. Charge your phone and set your alarm.
