I decided that instead of the typical exercise and eat healthy challenge I'm always putting myself under ... I thought that this 21 day challenge will be to have an attitude adjustment.  Lately, I have been not very pleasant and quite unmotivated to do much of anything.  So my challenge is to do one small thing everyday to try to get my spark some life back into me.  Some ideas could be try a new exercise, try a new recipe, read a book, feel productive at work, doing something crafty/creative, learn photography .... something to look forward to and enjoy each and every day.
