Kindle Love

Dan bought me a Kindle this year for Christmas. There is a story behind the 'first' Kindle bought me. As you can see from one of the pictures below, the first one was destroyed by a 'wild' animal. Wild animal being our Rosie who decided to destroy the package that UPS brought and put on our porch. I walked out there in the afternoon and see this white thing on the sidewalk...I'm wondering what the heck is that? Then realized it was a Kindle and then I saw the package destroyed in the yard. I only then realized that Dan must have bought me one for Christmas --- we were so livid! Luckily Amazon completely reimbursed us and sent us a new one in the mail - in time for Christmas. I love it!!! I wasn't sure if I would like to read my books on it, but I am a believer now. It's so convenient and I think I'll be reading a lot more in 2010! Carolyn received one for Christmas as well!
