Thirteen years ago today, Dan and I were married. I can't believe we have been together that long. We met when I was 19 and Dan was 20. He a junior and I a sophomore at Penn State.

He was the bartender at an over 18-under 21 dance club and he left a note on my chair, "Hugs and kisses from the bartender". We've been together ever since.

Our path together has gone through many twists and turns, but through it all we have stayed on course. I feel very lucky that we have essentially 'grown' up together and feel blessed that our marriage has stayed strong for this long in this day and age.
