As you can see this wall is covered with Olivia's art work. It's what Dan and I call our happy wall. It recently was named that because one evening, while Dan was on the computer I came moping in to say that I was depressed. I really wasn't even sure why, I just felt gloomy. So Dan looks at me and turns me to face this wall. He says, how can you feel anything but happy when you look at this wall. Look at all the pictures that our beautiful joyful child drew ... pictures of her family with big smiles on our faces. Instantly, my face turned from a sigh to a smile. So thus, our happy wall was born!

I agree with your hubs... how can you feel anything but HAPPY with all that beautiful art?! I have a happy folder where I tuck away kind notes and sweet words--- that's where I go when I feel down. I'd love to have a happy wall too!!!!!!! Never too much HAPPY!
Love that idea. I kind of feel that way when I look at some of the pictures we have up from when Tally was a baby. But I like the idea of starting a wall of artwork. Even maybe framing the pieces in inexpensive IKEA frames or something. Gonna have to figure out a potential spot for this in our tiny townhouse. ;)
