50 lessons - 1st

Today marks 50 days before I turn 50. I decided to do several small challenges for myself to complete everyday until I turn 50th birthday (February 16th).

First challenge is to blog 50 lessons learned so far.

Here we go … the first lesson:

I learned this one early on and in fact I remember quoting this during my very first interview after college.   It must have resonated because I got the job (Westinghouse).    It's a reminder that you are 100% responsible for your life.
