Stop and Take Pictures....

I love Virginia. I love where we live in Virginia, in particular, because in only 15 to 20 minutes we can be here ... pulling over to the side of the road to take in this breathtaking scene. The best of both worlds in my mind....country and city living all within a 1/2 hour drive. Love it!


I also love the fact that Dan pulled over to the side of the road before I even could think about asking him to stop .... he saw it too. Olivia was sleeping in the car, so Dan made me be the 'subject', here I am trying to look serious as ordered by the photographer.

I'm glad we stopped and not just wizzzzed on by by towards our destination (even though we were late) ... life is too short! "Stop and take pictures!"
