Funny thing is, while looking at my past 10k times, my fastest 10k was 1.07 minutes and it was the race I ran all by myself in the summer AND it was the race that I got stung my a bee right before I started! Go figure!

Amy, Tammy and I ran a 10k on Valentine's Day down in Alexandra, Va. My time wasn't my fastest, in fact, I think it was my slowest (1 hr 9 min). I couldn't seem to get my stride going for the first 4 miles, but the last 2 I really picked it up...I guess it was too late, too soon.
