The going rate, apparently, from the Tooth Fairy is $3.00. She also left Olivia a little treat bag filled with bubble gum (sugarless of course, we are talking about the Tooth Fairy here!), and a little Bug/Monster stuffed animal. In addition, the Tooth Fairy left a mess in Olivia's room with a trail of pixie dust all over the place. (smile)
