She's a Kindergartner!

Well, here she is....our Kindergartner. Today was her very first day. First, we woke up bright and early to see what the "Back to School Fairy" brought her.

Then for the required First Day of School pictures.

Then I drove her to school and she was so excited that she ran into class.

Ms. Lourdes and Mr.Ryan are the Kindergarten teachers. She has Ms.Lourdes.

All the parents stayed through the 'morning meeting' where they did the weather, reviewed class rules, recited a poem for the week, and delegated classroom helpers. Olivia is the 'teacher's helper' for the week. Finally, the parents had to leave so Dan and I said good bye to our little Kindergartner, our baby, growing up! When we picked her up she looked like she had a great day. True to form, we haven't received many 'details' of her first day yet, but we're hoping to hear snippets of the day when she's ready to share.
