I don't think I mentioned on here before that we've been receiving a weekly wealth of local farm vegetable delivery since the beginning of Summer. It's been fun to receive the bucket of home grown goodness every week, but will admit that it has been challenging to find recipes to use all the vegetables in. We recently received a ton of tomatoes...I don't really like tomatoes unless they are 'in' something, so it's been especially challenging to find what to do with them. I'm hoping to perhaps make some homemade spaghetti sauce. That will be on my to do list for the long weekend ahead of us.
