Dan, Olivia and I went to Harpers Ferry Saturday to hike and 'play' in the river. We hiked part of the Appalachian trail. Olivia is such a great little hiker. The first part of the trail was all switch back trail up to the top of Weverton Cliff. Olivia never complained once and was leading the way. We ate lunch at the top of the cliff, overlooking the beautiful valley below.
Afterwards, we took the path all the way down the mountain to the river. We played there for awhile. The water was very warm and the weather was perfect. We spent a few hours by the river, just exploring .
Some of us probably relaxed a 'little too much'!
