My sister's development had a big Halloween parade and party last Saturday. They took Olivia to be a part of it. She had a blast. The dog is their neighbors, apparently it won the pet costume costume - do you see those blue eyelashes, LOL!! Olivia is Alice in Wonderland this year....so cute!
